Cedro, NM - Motorcyclist Dies in Crash at Juan Tomas Rd & NM-337

Cedro, NM (April 19, 2025) - There were fatal injuries after a crash involving a motorcycle in the Cedro area on Friday, April 18. The deadly collision took place at the intersection of Juan Tomas Road and NM-337 at around 4:40 p.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. 

The circumstances leading to the collision have not yet been determined. When paramedics arrived, they found an injured motorcyclist unresponsive and not breathing. Despite life-saving aid from attending medical personnel, the rider suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. NM-337 was closed in both directions while local authorities were present. The identity of the deceased party has not yet been provided. No further information on the deadly crash is currently available. Nonetheless, an ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
