Roswell, NM - Woman Dies in Hit-&-Run at Main St & Burkett Rd

Roswell, NM (July 25, 2023) - A woman was killed after a hit-and-run accident in Roswell on Monday, July 24. 

The fatal accident occurred at the intersection of South Main Street and Burkett Road at around 1:20 a.m. A 21-year-old woman was found dead at the scene when emergency responders arrived. Witnesses told authorities that they saw an orange sports car fleeing the scene.
