Sante Fe, NM - Fatal Hit-&-Run at Cerrillos Rd & Richards Ave

Santa Fe, NM (March 25, 2025) - On Sunday, March 23, there were fatal injuries after a pedestrian crash in the Santa Fe area. The deadly accident took place at the crossing of Cerrillos Road and Richards Avenue early that morning. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to the scene to provide the necessary aid. 

It was later revealed that the male victim was traveling on foot when they were hit by an oncoming motor vehicle. The at-fault driver proceeded to flee the scene without rendering aid. It is believed that the vehicle involved was a silver pickup truck. The injured party was treated at the scene before being rushed to a local hospital in critical condition. He was later pronounced dead. Local officials are currently seeking information regarding the identity of the at-fault driver. No further information on the deadly accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly crash is in progress.
