In many cases, the aftermath involves not only emotional and physical recovery but also navigating the legal complexities of personal injury claims.
New Mexico’s laws allow victims or their families to pursue compensation for injuries or loss due to a crash. If someone dies as a result of an accident, a wrongful death lawyer can help pursue a wrongful death claim. These claims can compensate for loss of life, funeral expenses, medical bills, and pain and suffering.
