Albuquerque, NM – Car Accident Results in Injuries on Paseo Del Norte

Albuquerque, NM (July 9, 2023) – A major car crash happened in Albuquerque on the afternoon of July 9. Shortly before 4:00 p.m., the incident was reported to officials in the area, who went to the scene shortly after it took place. 

Emergency responders, including EMTs, police, and fire crews, were observed on Paseo Del Norte where the crash happened. They rendered aid to those with injuries and worked to investigate the details of the collision. 

At this time, why the crash took place is still undetermined. Individuals with extensive injuries were treated and taken to the hospital by ambulance. 

Currently, those involved have not been identified. Police in Albuquerque directed traffic away from the scene for some time on Sunday afternoon, resulting in significant delays in traffic.
