Driver distraction is one of the primary causes of serious and fatal crashes in the United States. Distracted driving contributes to an estimated 8 to 9 percent of all fatal motor vehicle fatalities and is thought to be responsible for approximately 3,000 fatal car accidents in New Mexico each year. In the state, far too many drivers fail to pay enough attention to the road, which leads to serious collisions and life-changing injuries. These types of reckless motorists can be held financially responsible for your damages.
