Speeding-related Crashes in New Mexico
Tens of thousands of people are killed in road accidents in the United States each year, and speeding is the most common factor in deadly crashes nationwide. Based on the latest collision data, around 6 percent of fatal crashes in New Mexico in a recent year involved speeding. Speeding increases the chance of getting into an automobile accident and makes any injuries that do occur more severe. In the event of a serious car collision, the driver who was speeding may be held liable for any resulting injuries and other damages. That is often only possible with the help of a trained attorney with a proven track record of handling successful personal injury claims.
