Albuquerque, NM - Injury Accident on Candelaria Rd near Rio Grande Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (July 29, 2023) - On the evening of July 29, emergency responders were sent to the scene of an accident in Albuquerque. Responders were seen helping at the crash site a short time after it happened at around 7:03 p.m. 

Authorities say the incident occurred on Candelaria Road near Rio Grande Boulevard. Two or more cars collided in the area under circumstances that are currently unclear. 

Injured crash victims were rendered aid by paramedics at the crash site. One or more patients were transported to the hospital for further care as necessary. 

The identities of the people involved in the collision have not been reported at this time.
