Car accidents happen often in Albuquerque, especially in busy intersections and high-traffic areas. When a police officer is involved, as in the crash near Louisiana Boulevard Southeast and Bell Avenue Southeast, the situation can become more complex.
Victims in these cases must understand their rights and the compensation they could receive, especially if there are injuries or wrongful death.

- Medical Expenses: You can seek compensation for all medical expenses, including emergency care, surgeries, hospital stays, rehabilitation, and ongoing treatment.
