Albuquerque, NM – Injury Wreck at 2nd St & Central Ave

Albuquerque, NM (October 9, 2024) – On Wednesday, October 9, at least one person was hurt after a car accident in the Albuquerque area. The collision was reported at the corner of 2nd Street NW and Central Avenue NW at around 2:55 a.m. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the number and severity of the resulting injuries have not been determined. 

Emergency crews were dispatched to provide the necessary medical aid. The injured parties were rushed to a local hospital by ambulance for the treatment of sustained injuries. The area was temporarily closed while emergency responders were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting debris to reopen the roadway. No updates on the condition of the involved parties have been provided. However, an ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
