Albuquerque, NM – Zuni Rd & Central Ave Injury Crash

Albuquerque, NM (August 18, 2024) – On Sunday, August 18, there were reported injuries following a car crash in the Albuquerque area. The accident took place that morning around 2:04 a.m. at the crossing of Zuni Road Southeast and Central Avenue Southeast. The injured parties were provided aid by attending medical personnel. 

At least one person involved in the crash was hurt, but the severity and number of the resulting damages have not been determined. The crash victims were later transferred to local hospitals after being treated by emergency responders. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting debris and reopen the roadway.
