Santa Fe, NM - Vehicle Crash with Injuries on I-25 near Cerrillos Rd

Santa Fe, NM (May 27, 2023) - On the morning of Friday, May 25, a serious car crash was reported to officials in Santa Fe. The incident occurred just before 10:30 a.m. when vehicles collided on Interstate 25. 

What caused the accident to happen has not been reported at this time. However, it is known that the crash occurred on I-25 near Cerrillos Road. Vehicles crashed, and at least one person sustained injuries. 

Multiple responders were dispatched to the scene shortly after the incident took place in order to render aid. The people who were hurt were treated and taken to local hospitals by ambulance. 

Currently, police in Santa Fe continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident. Nothing further has been reported to the public at this time.
